    The Buffalo Ridge Jazz Band was founded in 1996 by veteran Banjo Showman Bob Adams, who assembled a group of well-seasoned musicians to specialize in Classic Traditional Jazz.  The band has a great reputation for entertaining jazz fans – as well as general audiences – with their tight sound and infectious humor.  The Buffalo Ridge Jazz Band was a favorite at the EARLYJAS Fall Jazz Festival, and at GRUGELFEST 2012. 

 

    Over the past 20 years, the Buffalo Ridge Jazz Band has compiled an impressive record of performance dates in many venues big and small, all over the United States, on river and ocean vessels, and even across the “big pond” in Germany.  They have recorded six CDs, and their music has been heard over numerous radio stations including WMKV in Cincinnati and WCWA in Toledo, Ohio.
